📍Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee and coordinate production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of materials from production through suppliers and ensuring smooth coordination with on-site teams to achieve production targets efficiently and cost-effectively.
The successful candidate must possess strong experience in manufacturing operations, supply coordination, production planning, inventory management, and team supervision.


📍Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage the movement and availability of materials from production points to suppliers and on-site operational teams.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and supplier teams to avoid production delays.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Maintain production quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate material replenishment where necessary.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare production reports, material usage reports, and performance analysis for management review.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and manufacturing regulations.
• Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve productivity targets.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely supply of materials and operational support.


📍Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a Production Management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
• Proven ability to coordinate materials between production units, suppliers, and site teams.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management systems/software.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
