Regularly check mails and align the necessary departments to respond to emails promptly, ensuring that no important correspondence remains unattended leading to SLA violation. Escalate when you suspect any risk to prevent violations. Monitor various platforms mainly WhatsApp and skype pages for any reported client issues/queries or requests and address them with stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure smooth operational efficiency. Keep track of activities, overdue activities, pending approvals and ensure timely closure to avoid delays in activity timelines. Identify any overdue activities, analyze reasons for delays, assess associated risks, and take necessary actions to mitigate them. Identify potential delays in advance and take proactive measures to prevent them.
Document lessons learned from previous delays to improve future processes and efficiency. Regularly assess ongoing activities and projects for potential risks. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure projects proceed smoothly. Monitor project timelines and milestones to prevent any projects from becoming overdue. Take necessary actions with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track. Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence in all operations, especially in SMS, Kedebah platforms and any other client application. Identify any violations and take appropriate actions to rectify them. Regularly check the functionality of tools used in operations and report any issues for prompt resolution to minimize disruptions that would cause operational inefficiency.
Stay informed about team members’ leave or sickness plans that could affect project timelines or workload distribution. Plan accordingly to ensure operational continuity. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, such as planning daily outings efficiently, and implement strategies to minimize unnecessary expenses. Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure all critical activities are completed within the workday. If unable to finish any tasks, communicate and plan to carry them over to the next day. Submit morning and end of day reports summarizing activities, progress, and any outstanding issues to ensure transparency and accountability in operations.
