Operations Manager – Moari Oil
Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operations across all stations and business units, driving efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HSSEQ by ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality standards across all operations.
- Oversee Supply Chain to ensure efficient sourcing, procurement, and product movement.
- Manage Product Distribution to guarantee safe, timely, and uninterrupted delivery across all operational locations.
- Direct Inventory Control by optimizing stock management, minimizing losses, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance with all statutory, industry, and company operational requirements.
- Drive Operational Excellence by improving performance, coordinating resources, and delivering business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ Operations Management experience within an OMC.
- Strong knowledge of HSSEQ, regulatory compliance, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
