We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering services company delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across Ghana and beyond — operating across industrial and infrastructure sectors.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on driving results, leading teams, and keeping complex operations running at their best. 💪

📋 What you’ll be doing:

⚙️ Overseeing day-to-day operations and driving continuous process improvement
🗂️ Leading project planning and execution across multiple workstreams
🤝 Managing stakeholder and client relationships at a senior level
👥 Leading and developing high-performing cross-functional teams
📊 Budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking
🏗️ Ensuring operational excellence across industrial and infrastructure projects

✅ What we’re looking for:

🔧 Proven experience in engineering, construction, or related sectors
📁 Strong track record of operational and project delivery
💰 Experience with budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
🧠 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
🚗 Full valid driving licence (company car provided)

💼 The package:

💵 Up to GHS 20,000 net/month
🚗 Company car + fuel allowance
