About the National Service Programme
The GIZ National Service Programme offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain practical work experience in an international development environment while contributing to impactful projects that support sustainable development in Ghana.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the programme, applicants must:
- Be completing a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) programme from an accredited tertiary institution by the end of the 2025/2026 academic year.
- Be eligible to undertake Ghana’s mandatory National Service Programme for the 2026/2027 service year.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development.
- Possess strong ethical values, professionalism, and integrity.
- Be willing to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
