We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Officer to support business operations through effective data management, reporting, performance monitoring, and business intelligence initiatives.
Position Summary
The MIS Officer will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support operational and strategic decision-making. The role involves developing reports and dashboards, maintaining data integrity, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational and business data.
- Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
- Generate periodic reports to support management decision-making.
- Monitor key business performance indicators and identify trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Design and automate reporting processes where applicable.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting requirements.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Maintain databases and management information systems.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Assist in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Reporting, or related functions.
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments is an added advantage.
