Position Summary
NAYA Naturals is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and results-driven Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations of our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, warehousing, procurement coordination, distribution, and logistics to ensure the efficient movement of products from suppliers to retail outlets and supermarket partners.
This role is critical in maintaining optimal stock levels, improving operational efficiency, reducing supply chain costs, and ensuring customers receive products on time while supporting the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, warehousing, inventory, transportation, and distribution.
- Develop strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor supply chain performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure optimum stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and product obsolescence.
- Implement inventory management systems and best practices to improve stock accuracy.
Distribution & Retail Operations
- Coordinate the timely delivery of products to retail stores, distributors, and supermarket partners.
- Ensure efficient order processing, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.
- Monitor distribution performance to achieve high service levels.
- Resolve logistics issues that may affect product availability or customer satisfaction.
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and third-party service partners.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries.
- Support procurement planning and supplier negotiations where required.
Operational Planning & Reporting
- Prepare inventory forecasts based on sales trends and business requirements.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, logistics costs, and supply chain KPIs.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement procedures that minimize operational risks and inventory losses.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory movements and warehouse operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Procurement, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, distribution, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
- Experience within the FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods sector is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics (e.g., CIPS, CILT, APICS, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
