The HRBP shall support the HR Manager in resourcing the retail business with best-fit employees, deliver learning solutions to build their capability, and manage transactions and administrative-related HR services (performance, leave, rewards, payroll, wellness, etc.) to achieve HSEQ, Sales, and Profit targets.
