This role is to supports our HR operations, recruitment, documentation, and employee welfare
Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment & onboarding
• Maintain staff files and HR records
• Update attendance and leave schedules
• Support HR communication & welfare activities
• Assist with training and performance-related tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Good knowledge of basic HR processes
• Strong communication, organisation & confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• HR/Admin experience (service/internship) is an advantage
