AI Technologies Ltd. is seeking a dynamic HR and Admin Officer to join our
growing team. We are passionate about transforming the tech space in Ghana
and beyond, and we’re looking for someone equally driven to support our
people and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth
office operations. - Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Support staff performance management, training, and development
initiatives. - Administer HR policies in line with company and regulatory
requirements. - Handle office administration, logistics, and vendor management.
- Provide timely reports to management on HR and admin activities.
- Support employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field. - Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in HR and Administrative roles.
- Knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
