Join our team at Oak of Honour International Preschool, a nurturing early years school in Osu, Accra, Ghana.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate early years leader to spearhead our Montessori and Cambridge early childhood programme.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years work experience in early childhood environment
• International school experience preferred
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Master’s degree in Education preferred
• Knowledge of Montessori and Cambridge curriculum
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Experience supervising and mentoring teachers
• Passion for high-quality early childhood education
