Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Videographer to support our marketing and field activities by creating compelling visual and video content. You will play a key role in promoting our agrochemical products, educating farmers, and strengthening our brand presence across Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design flyers, brochures, banners, product labels, and social media content.
  • Shoot and edit videos including:
    • Product demonstrations
    • Farmers’ wow moments
    • Training and safety educational content
  • Travel to farms and distributor locations to capture real-life content.
  • Support marketing campaigns, activations, and product launches.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years relevant experience.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • Premiere Pro
    • After Effects
  • Experience in videography and video editing.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to rural/farm locations.
  • Knowledge of agriculture/agrochemicals is an advantage.
