Job Summary

HealthTech Ghana Limited is seeking a creative, innovative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling marketing and communication materials that strengthen the company’s brand identity and support business growth.

The Graphic Designer will create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, ensuring all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and effectively communicate key messages. This role requires a highly creative individual with strong design skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

  • Design high-quality marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, banners, roll-up stands, and promotional materials.
  • Develop visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Create compelling visual concepts that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.

Digital Content Creation

  • Design engaging social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and digital advertisements.
  • Produce creative assets for online campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Optimize designs for various digital platforms and devices.

Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop campaign concepts.
  • Translate marketing ideas into effective visual communications.
  • Design materials that support sales, corporate communications, recruitment, and public awareness campaigns.

Print Production

  • Prepare artwork for professional printing while ensuring accuracy in dimensions, color profiles, and specifications.
  • Liaise with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
  • Review proofs and ensure final outputs meet quality standards.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain organized design files and digital assets.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print media.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign (preferred)
  • Experience with Canva and other modern design tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent typography, color theory, and layout design skills.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret design briefs and convert ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
