We are a creative corporate branding and personalized gift company specializing in customized souvenirs, engraving, branded merchandise, and visual marke5ng materials: SALES / FRONT DESK PERSONNEL
We are looking for a smart, organized, and customer-friendly individual to join our team as a Sales / Front Desk Personnel. The ideal candidate must be confident, well-spoken, and passionate about customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online enquiries.
• Provide product informa5on and guide customers in selec5ng items.
• Prepare quota5ons, invoices, and receipts.
• Record customer orders accurately and coordinate with produc5on/design teams.
• Follow up on orders, ensure 5mely delivery, and maintain excellent communica5on.
• Manage the front desk area and display items neatly.
• Upsell and cross-sell branded items and gifting options.
• Maintain daily sales records and prepare reports.
• Assist with social media content (simple product photos/videos).
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
• HND or Degree in related field
• Good communica5on and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orienta5on.
• Ability to mul5task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, Email).
• Experience in sales, retail, or front desk roles is an added advantage.
• Must be presentable, friendly, and organized.
• Willingness to learn about branding, engraving and customized gifts.
