Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to provide effective and efficient finance and administrative support to the finance department. This position will be for a period of 3 months with the possibility of an extension for an additional 3 months.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Statutory filing and
- Post entries into the accounting system and periodically analyse the ledger to ensure accuracy with ACET/accounting
- Prepare and process payment vouchers (PVs) as required in accordance with ACET policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Verify suppliers’ invoices and issue cheques to make

- Review and process all reimbursements for travel and other

- Any other duties may be directed by the Finance Manager in support of ACET’s mission.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and office communication tools.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or part-qualified accountancy.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role in a multicultural/international environment.
