Job Description

A reputable real estate company is looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives and management.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
  • Organize and maintain office records and files.
  • Assist in coordinating projects and operational activities.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and communication.

Requirements

  • Must be between 23 – 30 years.
  • Must possess a Diploma or Degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Previous administrative or executive support experience is an advantage.
  • Applicants must reside around Manet, Spintex, Sakumono, Teshie, or Nungua.
