WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE
Success in this role is demonstrated by the effective and consistent implementation of Perbi Cubs’ programs on the ground, with activities delivered smoothly and to standard.
Teams are well-supported, coordinated, and informed, enabling high-quality execution across program activities.
A core measure of success is ensuring that at least 95% of engaged or subscribed Cubs are actively reading, where reading is defined as Cubs independently reading assigned materials and successfully passing age-appropriate comprehension assessments.
The Engagement Associate ensures that Cubs’ reading levels are accurately verified, consistently tracked, and measurably improved over time through sustained program engagement.
Success is further reflected in the timely availability of accurate and useful program data and reports, the early identification and proactive resolution of operational challenges, and the consistent application of learning and innovation to improve program quality, adaptability, and overall impact.
