Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to support daily operations by ensuring timely and safe transportation of packages, staff, and company-related items. The ideal candidate must be safety-conscious, punctual, and familiar with routes within Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver packages safely and efficiently to customers
• Ensure timely arrival at designated destinations
• Handle administrative errands such as office pickups and deliveries
• Plan routes effectively, considering traffic, road construction, and weather conditions
• Use navigation tools to determine the most efficient routes
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience
• Familiarity with navigation tools such as Google Maps
• Good knowledge of roads and neighborhoods within Accra

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
• Polite and professional attitude
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in challenging driving situations
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to commit to long-term employment
