Role Summary:
The Customer Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value from our fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and support customers and merchants
- Build strong customer relationships
- Resolve escalated customer issues
- Track customer success metrics
- Identify upsell and retention opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fintech or SaaS experience is an advantage
