Role Summary:
The Customer Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value from our fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and support customers and merchants
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Resolve escalated customer issues
  • Track customer success metrics
  • Identify upsell and retention opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fintech or SaaS experience is an advantage
