Customer Service Representative – Cool Guy Air-Conditioning

Job Description

Cool Guy AC is one of Ghana’s rising HVAC service companies, specializing in installation, servicing, repair, and customer comfort solutions for homes and offices.

We are expanding and seeking energetic Customer Service personnel to handle customer inquiries, bookings, and promotions.

Job Summary

• Key duties include being the first point of contact (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins); scheduling technicians and confirming appointments; providing service info on installations, cleaning, repairs, and promotions; tracking requests and ensuring satisfaction; addressing complaints empathetically; updating customer data; and promoting discounts/loyalty offers.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Excellent English communication skills (Twi or Ga a bonus).
• Friendly, patient, solution-driven personality with strong multitasking/organizational skills.
• Social media savvy (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Passion for serving people and helping Cool Guy AC become Ghana’s #1 air-conditioning brand.
