Creative & UI/UX Designer – ENF Technologies

Job Description

ENF Technologies is seeking a talented, creative, and commercially minded Creative & UI/UX Designer to join our team in Accra, Ghana.

This is not just a graphic design role. We are looking for a versatile creative professional who can combine strong visual design skills with UI/UX thinking, digital creativity, photography, video editing, and an understanding of how design contributes to business and marketing performance.

The successful candidate will work across campaign creative, digital advertising, social media, website design, UI/UX, photography, and video content, creating visual experiences that are not only visually appealing but also purposeful, engaging, and designed to deliver results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and marketing campaigns.
• Design compelling graphics for social media, digital advertising, websites, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs for websites and digital platforms.
• Develop responsive, mobile-first website layouts and user experiences.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into effective creative concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, business, and other internal teams to develop campaign assets.
• Produce designs that are commercially focused and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Create visual content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Take and edit photographs for corporate, marketing, product, and digital content.
• Edit and produce short-form video content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Develop design concepts quickly and effectively in a fast-moving campaign environment.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual communication channels.
• Stay updated on emerging design, UI/UX, digital marketing, and creative trends.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX, multimedia, digital creative, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative graphic design and website/UI/UX work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Demonstrated photography and video-editing capabilities.
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first web design principles.
• Ability to develop designs that are commercially focused and support business or campaign objectives.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
• Good understanding of digital advertising formats and requirements.
• Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple creative assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• A good understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and online user behaviour will be an advantage.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is more than someone who can simply create attractive graphics. You should be able to understand why a design is needed, who it is intended for, what action it should encourage, and how it contributes to the overall business objective.

You should be comfortable moving between graphic design, UI/UX, social media creative, digital advertising, photography, and video content, while maintaining a consistent and professional visual standard.

Creativity, speed, commercial awareness, adaptability, and attention to detail will be important in this role.
