Job Description

As the Corporate Reception & Liaison Officer, you will welcome guests, manage calls and ensure all correspondence finds its way to the right business or company in the building.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Direct calls, emails and deliveries to the right destinations
• Keep the reception area looking and feeling amazing
• Handle admin tasks that keep the front office running

You Bring:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate front desk or customer service role
• Great communication & multitasking skills
• Comfort with MS Office & basic office technology
• A polished, friendly and can do attitude
