BUSINESS UNIT: Commercial Operations
LOCATION: One Airport Square, Airport City, Accra
BUSINESS DISCIPLINE: Sales, Marketing & Customer Service
REPORTING TO: Executive President
A leading Digital Transformation company with a track record in development, sales and deployment of enterprise applications requires for immediate employment of Commercial Operations Manager.
KEY COMPETENCY / QUALIFICATION
A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or its equivalent qualification with a minimum of eight years’ experience in a similar capacity.

- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

RESPONSIBILITY
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
- Develop business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify customer needs and competitor offerings, and lead AO Holdings to significantly increase its market share in line with its strategic goal.
- Come up with branding ideas, design promotional materials, and channels, and create innovative marketing campaigns to drive AO Holdings products and services.
- Manage promotional activities such as planning, budgeting, coordinating, implementing, evaluating, and ensuring effective response.
- Set up key performance metrics for marketing and evaluate the performance of the company’s marketing campaigns and strategies against these metrics.
SALES MANAGEMENT
- Provide leadership to the sales team, set individual sales targets, track sales performance, and take corrective actions as appropriate.
- Prepare sales proposals, tender documents, presentations, and sales reports.
- Prospect for customers; coordinate lead generation; engage potential clients to determine their needs; do product presentations and demonstrations; submit quotations, invoice, and agreement; and close sales deals.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge training, and manage them to increase their performance.
- Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Support the customer service team in resolving issues or complaints and ensure prompt turnaround for all service requests with consistent quality.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and follow up with external customers on all account-related requests.
- Identify and drive process improvements to ensure excellence in customer experience and timely delivery of services.
- Communicate regularly with senior management team on commercial operations.
