Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations and drive strategic growth across our businesses in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and Sierra Leone.
The ideal candidate will provide executive leadership, oversee multi-country operations, optimize business performance, and identify new opportunities for expansion and innovation. You will work closely with executive management to deliver sustainable growth across our technology, fintech, training, and digital services subsidiaries.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred).
Minimum of 8–10 years’ leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role within technology, software, fintech, or digital services.
Proven experience managing multi-country operations and scaling businesses.
Strong expertise in strategic planning, operational management, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and people management skills.
