Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within assigned territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring service excellence. The role requires strong prospecting, negotiation, and market intelligence skills to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business development plans to drive revenue growth.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets through effective forecasting and performance tracking.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor and resolve client service issues promptly.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry and competitor activities.
• Evaluate business potential for new and existing accounts.
• Promote new products and services to clients.
• Organize and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve overall company targets.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly business development reports.
• Handle administrative duties related to territory and account management.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid Class B driving license and be able to drive
