About the Firm

An immigration and travel support firm based in Accra, providing professional visa advisory services to individuals, families, students, and business clients.

Role Purpose

To identify, approach, and convert prospective clients for the firm’s visa advisory and travel support services through ethical sales, external marketing, and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective clients through field marketing, referrals, networking, and other approved channels.

Promote the firm’s visa advisory and travel support services professionally and ethically while generating qualified leads.

Explain service packages, consultation procedures, payment terms, basic requirements, and appointment processes to prospective clients.

Follow up with leads, convert prospects into paying clients, maintain sales records, and submit regular sales reports.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Travel or Tourism Management, Marketing, or a closely related field.

At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, travel services, client acquisition, or a related customer-facing role.

Strong communication, persuasion, relationship-building, reporting, and target-driven sales skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp Business, and basic reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a travel agency, visa advisory firm, or service-based sales environment.

Good understanding of travel, visa, tourism, and immigration services.

Experience working with commission-based sales targets.

Ability to speak English and at least one Ghanaian language fluently.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary plus sales commission based on approved company structure, with performance incentives where applicable.

Statutory pension contributions, paid annual leave, public holidays, and training on the firm’s services, sales process, client handling, and compliance.
