Job Summary
The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting company services, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in client engagement, strategic networking, and closing business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets.
- Research prospective clients and develop strategies for business expansion.
- Reach out to businesses and potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
- Present and pitch the company’s services and value proposition effectively to clients and partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase the company’s customer base and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong confidence in pitching, presenting, and engaging prospective clients.
- Proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools is an advantage.
