Are you passionate about building strong brand relationships, managing high-impact campaigns, and driving exceptional client experiences? We are looking for a smart, commercially minded, and highly organized Brand & Account Manager to join our growing team.

This role is critical in managing and growing relationships with our brand partners — from onboarding and campaign execution to long-term partnership development. You will work directly with leadership to ensure seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and successful brand activations across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and newly signed brand partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and account management
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Develop and manage activation calendars for all partnered brands
  • Coordinate internally with creative, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Prepare professional client-facing presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign updates
  • Support the CEO with commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, and client retention strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Build long-term relationships with brands to drive repeat business and partnership growth
  • Ensure exceptional client service and maintain high standards of communication and professionalism

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Management, Brand Partnerships, or related roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines
  • Strong experience engaging and communicating with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Background in FMCG, Beauty, Food, Lifestyle, Media, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth and partnership opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
