Position Overview
Tekdoors is seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Appointment Setter to support one of its clients in the wellness products industry. This fully remote, long-term opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy outbound sales, lead generation, and building relationships with prospective clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in generating qualified sales opportunities by engaging wellness businesses, yoga studios, fitness centers, and related organizations through outbound prospecting. You will work closely with the Business Development Success Manager to schedule product demonstrations and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to yoga studios, wellness businesses, fitness centers, and other potential clients.
- Qualify prospects by identifying business needs and determining their suitability for the client’s products and services.
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations with the Business Development Success Manager.
- Follow up with both inbound and outbound leads to maintain momentum throughout the sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call notes, and activity records within the company’s CRM system.
- Track all prospect interactions, follow-up activities, and sales outcomes.
- Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting and activity KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure smooth lead handovers.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve prospect engagement and sales conversion.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Previous experience in Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Engagement, or a related outbound sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging prospective clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to consistently achieve performance targets.
- Knowledge of or experience within the wellness, yoga, fitness, or health industry will be a significant advantage.
