About the role
Step into a pivotal role as Administrator, Chancellery’s Office. Working closely with the Chancellery, Deputy Chancellery, Founder and President, Alumni Executives, and senior leadership, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and professional running of the Chancellery’s Office. This varied role includes diary management, event coordination, financial administration, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, etc. Making it an exciting opportunity to develop strong professional relationships while supporting key decision-makers.
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Oversees and directs the daily operations of the Chancellery to align with expectations of the Chancellery, Alumni Association, and those of the College. Coordinates and prioritizes the daily functions of the Chancellery, directs activities, maintains and updates schedules, calendars, and agendas.
- Serves as a point of contact and completes administrative duties for the Chancellery and senior executive leadership.
- Analyzes tasks and projects requiring internal and external review, approvals, and signatures to ensure completion by deadline. Responds to internal and external inquiries.
- Plans, coordinates, and facilitates meetings for the Chancellery and executive leadership meetings, as well as appearances for the Chancellery and those acting on his behalf when appropriate or directed.
- Facilitates special events and activities.
- Facilitates communication and liaison activities for the Chancellery with the Alumni, Executive Leadership Team, internal and external constituencies, and other stakeholders.
- racks and manages initiatives and/or projects set by the Chancellery.
- Reviews presentations, talking points, and speeches on a variety of topics for the Chancellery’s speaking obligations related to the University, current trends, and a wide variety of topics.
- Troubleshooting, fact-finding, and/or investigating areas of special interest to the Chancellery, and provides evidence-based recommendations for review and/or action.
- Manages confidential data regarding the University’s current activities, plans, and other sensitive or controversial issues that require discretion.
- Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the Chancellery.
