Our Client, a prominent traveling company, is seeking for a responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. This role involves handling front office activities, coordinating communication, and ensuring compliance with company procedures to promote efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and well-equipped reception and office area.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel and accommodation.
- Prepare vouchers and maintain records of office expenses.
- Operate office equipment and perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Ensure adherence to company security and safety procedures.
- Support general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Office Administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work proactively and handle issues resourcefully.
