Job Description

Job Purpose

To support the Company in achieving its operational and strategic goals by fostering a productive work environment, enhancing team performance, and ensuring efficient administrative and human resource practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure team members remain motivated and perform at optimal levels
  • Support day-to-day administrative and HR functions
  • Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
  • Handle staff-related matters in a professional and confidential manner
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must possess relevant experience in Human Resource Management or Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Professional HR certification is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Strong attention to detail
