Job Purpose
To support the Company in achieving its operational and strategic goals by fostering a productive work environment, enhancing team performance, and ensuring efficient administrative and human resource practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Promote a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure team members remain motivated and perform at optimal levels
- Support day-to-day administrative and HR functions
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
- Handle staff-related matters in a professional and confidential manner
- Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Must possess relevant experience in Human Resource Management or Administration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail
