Job Summary
The Administrative Officer will provide administrative and operational support for the organization’s certification and training programmes. The successful candidate will coordinate participant engagement, manage programme logistics, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth delivery of training activities and professional certification programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and engage participants for certification and training programmes.
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, logistics, and participant communication.
- Manage participant registration processes and maintain accurate programme records.
- Provide administrative support to trainers, facilitators, and programme coordinators.
- Prepare programme reports, statistics, and documentation for management review.
- Maintain databases and ensure proper filing of programme-related documents.
- Support the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and professional events.
- Respond to participant enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in monitoring programme effectiveness and participant feedback.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with stakeholders and participants.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Professional Marketing Qualification such as ProM, DipM, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in training administration, programme coordination, or a related role.
- Experience working in a professional institution, educational environment, or training organization is desirable.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
