Job Description

A reputable national professional association invites applications from suitably qualified and motivated persons to fill the following position: Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities

•Provide administrative and operational support to the Secretariat
•Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and manage official correspondence


•Maintain accurate records, filing systems and documentation
•Support implementation of organisational programmes and activities
•Liaise with stakeholders and ensure effective office management

Qualification Required & Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field
•Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in an administrative or office management role
•Experience in a professional association, NGO or public institution will be an advantage

Skills & Competencies

•Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital office systems
•High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
