A reputable construction company in Kumasi is looking to employ the services of an Administrative Officer immediately. The person will;
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager and be responsible for providing front office, stores, administrative and secretarial support to the company
- Be responsible for receiving visitors, giving sound response to inquiries, managing mails and answering and screening telephone calls
- Booking meeting rooms as required and distribute and store correspondence. Ensure the report and attendance of general staff meeting are collated and properly documented.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and interpretation of the Administrative Policy of the company.
- Supervise all the cleaners and ensure a hygienic and clean office environment.
- Regularly cross check the attendance log book of the Security Guards at post and ensure that the invoice they submit on monthly basis to the company for payment of their services tallies with the records in the attendance log book.
Required Skills or Experience
Interested persons in should have;
- First Degree in Social Science or Arts/Humanities with three (3) years working experience.
- Membership of relevant professional institution desirable.
- Fluency in spoken and written English Language Excellent planning and prioritization skills
- High level of numeracy and experienced in the use of software applications.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
