Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have recently completed National Service and reside in or around Tema.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain and organize filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support documentation and reporting for export activities
- Handle basic office bookkeeping and data entry
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Recently completed National Service
- Must reside in Tema, Tema Newtown, or Community 1
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized, smart, and able to multitask
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
