ROLE DESCRIPTION:
– Provide administrative and financial support to the Administration and Finance Department.
– Manage incoming calls and handle general inquiries.
– Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and documentation.
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules.
– Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute records.
– Support the processing of staff work permits and residence permits.
– Monitor office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
– Perform accounting data entry, including billing, accounts payable, and receivable.
– Review invoices and financial documents for accuracy and report discrepancies.
– Assist with and undertake other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.
– Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
– Experience with data entry and financial record management.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
