Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and issue invoices, quotations and client correspondence
• Assist in drafting proposals, reports and presentations
• Take minutes of meetings, record action points and follow up on progress
• Provide administrative support during health screenings programs and wellness events
• Coordinate office logistics and maintain efficient filing and communication systems

• Energetic, dependable, and action oriented – get things done without repeated reminders
• Highly organized with sharp eye for details
• Able to multitask and follow up effectively across several projects
• Professional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Google Workspace tools
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management or related field
– Two years’ post-NSS administrative experience (health or corporate setting preferred)
