Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and daily transaction entries.
📌 Process invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations.
📌 Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
📌 Monitor expenditure related to sorghum procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
📌 Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking for field activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
📌 Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional Certification (ACCA, ICA) is an advantage
📌 Minimum 2–3 years’ accounting experience; agribusiness or commodity experience is an advantage.
📌 Strong understanding of accounting software (SAP) and MS Excel.
📌 Knowledge of the sorghum value chain, including procurement cycles, pricing, and quality assessment, is highly preferred.
