Available National Service Opportunities
We are inviting applications from qualified graduates in the following disciplines:
Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Assist in engineering projects, installations, maintenance, and technical support activities.
- Support project teams in planning, implementation, and monitoring of electrical systems.
- Participate in troubleshooting, inspections, and performance evaluations.
Mechanical Engineering
- Support mechanical operations, maintenance programs, and engineering projects.
- Assist with equipment inspections, repairs, and technical documentation.
- Gain exposure to industry best practices and engineering standards.
Materials Engineering
- Participate in material testing, quality assurance, and project support activities.
- Assist in evaluating materials performance and compliance with specifications.
- Support engineering teams in research and technical reporting.
Human Resource Management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration activities.
- Assist with personnel records management and training coordination.
- Gain practical exposure to HR operations and organizational development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be eligible for the 2026/2027 National Service Scheme (NSS) posting.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the specified disciplines.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Be proactive, innovative, and able to work effectively within teams.
- Show professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
- Be willing to work from the company’s office in Adenta, Accra.
