I am a Chartered Valuation and Estate Surveyor with nearly eight years of professional experience in property valuation, compensation assessment, real estate advisory, property management, and legal research. I recently completed my Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), combining technical real estate expertise with legal analysis and regulatory understanding.
Throughout my career, I have prepared valuation reports for mortgage financing, insurance, taxation, compulsory acquisition, probate, and investment purposes. I have also conducted feasibility studies, property due diligence, market research, title investigations, and compensation assessments for infrastructure and development projects.
