Job Description

Job Purpose

The role holder will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.

This role includes supervising staff, handling cash management, and ensuring the store meets sales targets and customer satisfaction standards.

Experience and Education

• HND or Diploma from a recognized institution
• 2–3 years’ experience in retail or convenience store supervision
• Experience in a filling station mart is an added advantage

• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
