Job Summary
A client is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within our water processing operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business strategy
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future needs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract high-quality candidates
• Design and implement effective talent retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Partner with management to drive performance management and organizational development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and industry regulations
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management within the water processing industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
• Knowledge of Ghana labour laws and HR best practices
