Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading marketing campaigns, promoting products and services, and enhancing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Plan and execute creative campaigns to promote products and services
- Identify and engage potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with management and team members to align marketing initiatives with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
