We’re Hiring Immediately: Customer Service Representative / Receptionist
Location: Accra (Adenta, Madina, Agbogba & surrounding areas)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: GHS 2,000 – 3,000

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while supporting general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend to visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and effectively
Provide accurate information about services and direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Support internal teams with coordination and communication tasks

Requirements
Age: 20 – 32 years
Must reside in Adenta, Madina, Agbogba, or nearby areas
Minimum qualification: SHS Certificate or higher
Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office and basic systems)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, personable, and customer-focused
Well-groomed with a professional appearance
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
