Role Purpose

The Finance & Administration Manager will be responsible for leading financial control, cash flow management, and administrative systems to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and overall business sustainability. The role is critical in strengthening financial discipline and supporting the company’s growth and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and forecasts
  • Track and analyze profitability across different business units

Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

  • Enforce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets (≤14 days for trade; ≤30 days for institutional clients)
  • Manage receivables, payables, and optimize the cash conversion cycle

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Develop and monitor budgets and cost plans
  • Conduct variance analysis and evaluate unit economics to improve efficiency

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with GRA, SSNIT, and other regulatory requirements
  • Support both internal and external audit processes

Administration & Operations Support

  • Oversee procurement processes, asset management, and office operations
  • Support HR-related functions including payroll administration and contract management

Qualifications & Experience

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, ICA) is an advantage
  • 2–5 years’ relevant experience in finance or accounting roles

Key Success Metrics

  • Budget variance maintained within ≤5%
  • Achievement of DSO targets
  • Accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Zero compliance or regulatory breaches
