Communications Associate

Job Description

Location: Ridge, Accra
Are you passionate about storytelling, brand building, and creating impactful communication strategies? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of marketing and brand strategies
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms and communications
• Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing materials
• Assist in planning and executing corporate events and brand activations
• Support internal and external communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging
• Coordinate media relations, including press releases and stakeholder communications
• Monitor brand performance and provide insights to improve communication strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication efforts with business objectives


Requirements:
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or brand management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in corporate communications and media relations
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
