About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and enhance team efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Handle emails, calls, and internal/external correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Support leadership and internal teams with administrative tasks
Coordinate travel and logistics when necessary
Assist with data entry and database management

Technical & Digital Skills Requirements
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for simple visuals and presentations
Social media management (posting, scheduling, and basic engagement)
Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Ability to set up and manage virtual meetings (links, invites, troubleshooting)
Support internal communication flow across teams and platforms

Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience supporting executives or working in fast-paced environments
