HIRING | Virtual Assistant – Executive Assistant to the CEO (Real Estate)

Salary: $800–$1,200 CAD monthly

📍 Remote Position

Responsibilities

  1. Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  2. Handle emails, follow-ups, and communication
  3. Support real estate transactions and documentation
  4. Research properties, market trends, and opportunities
  5. Coordinate with clients, agents, and vendors
  6. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
  7. Maintain CRM and ensure data accuracy
  8. Assist with project management and task tracking
  9. Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

  1. Experience as a Virtual or Executive Assistant (real estate is a plus)
  2. Strong organization and time management skills
  3. Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  4. Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
  5. Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  7. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  8. Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
