HIRING | Virtual Assistant – Executive Assistant to the CEO (Real Estate)
Salary: $800–$1,200 CAD monthly
📍 Remote Position
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle emails, follow-ups, and communication
- Support real estate transactions and documentation
- Research properties, market trends, and opportunities
- Coordinate with clients, agents, and vendors
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
- Maintain CRM and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with project management and task tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Experience as a Virtual or Executive Assistant (real estate is a plus)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
