Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across the organization. The successful candidate will assist with communication, scheduling, research, and general office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries from customers in a professional manner.
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination, including setting appointments.
- Assist in making travel arrangements when required.
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads from provided databases.
- Create and manage content for the company’s social media platforms.
- Perform online research to gather company contact details and relevant information.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as assigned.
- Maintain and update contact lists, spreadsheets, and digital records.
- Support market research activities and report findings.
- Provide administrative assistance to staff and respond to internal queries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with online scheduling tools, particularly Google Calendar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone, email, and messaging).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
